With the outstanding academic achievement, exemplary teamwork, and leadership in student activities, Jeff McCann, a University of Washington graduate of 2021 Master of Science in Real Estate, receives this year’s George Rolfe Award.
With Jeff’s goal to help clients reduce risks and successfully develop their property, he has successfully assisted them in the acquisition, development, and sales of over 1,000 acres of land in King County and another +1,000 acres across the state of Washington.
Jeff has developed ZATTSSUM to help people analyze the factors that could help understand in developing, selling, or buying a property.
