For over twenty-five years, I have helped people with their real estate development needs. I have worked with individuals and investors to acquire, permit and develop over 1,000 acres of property in King County and over 1,000 more across Washington.
My grandfather started hauling dirt around the Kent Valley in the 1940’s with two horses and a flatbed wagon and that started the family construction business. Following in the footsteps of my family legacy, I entered the construction business at the age of twelve and began operating heavy earthmoving equipment. I earned a degree in Building Construction (’94) and a Masters in Construction Management (’00) from the University of Washington. I have been a licensed real estate broker since 1996 but continue to engage in professional growth opportunities. Currently, I’m working on my CCIM designation and pursuing another Master’s degree in Real Estate from the University of Washington.
I offer comprehensive real estate and land use consulting assistance. My experience in real estate has its foundations in land planning, construction and real estate sales. My extensive knowledge of all facets involved in the development process allows me to provide expertise in all areas of development.
Other Interests:
I have a great passion for the outdoors that includes ultra-running, adventure racing, climbing, biking, and paddling. Over the years, I have been fortunate to enjoy a few of the thrills that expedition length competitions have to offer. These experiences not only mandated perseverance, but also honed my resiliency and problem-solving skills, which I readily apply to my professional endeavors.
One such race was when I captained Team Washington Adventure Racing in Eco Challenge Fiji. We were one of 81 teams representing 32 countries from around the world. After 9 days and 16 hours of continuous jungle navigation, white water kayaking, trekking, billi billi paddling, mountain biking, rappelling, and sea kayaking, our team managed to scratch out a Top 20 finish.
For over twenty-five years, I’ve been providing individuals and companies the insights they need to know before investing and developing land properties. Recently, I was honored to share my expertise about Land Feasibility with the Women’s Council of Realtors South King County.

What our clients have to say
“I worked with Jeff on a recent multimillion dollar real estate transaction. The deal required a tremendous amount of knowledge and expertise as the entitlement issues are significant. While Jeff represented the counter party to the transaction, he always held the highest ethical standards. I would definitely recommend his work.”
