About Jeff

Jeff McCann goes the distance for his clients and for adventure

For over 15 years, I have helped people with their real estate development needs.  I have worked with individuals and investors to acquire, permit and develop over 1,000 acres of property in King County and over 1,000 more across Washington.

My Grandfather started hauling dirt around the Kent Valley in the 1940’s with two mules and a flatbed wagon and that started the family construction business.  Following in the footsteps of my father and grandfather, I entered the construction business at the age of 12 and began operating heavy earthmoving equipment. I earned a degree in Building Construction (’94) and a masters in Construction Management (’00) from the University of Washington and formerally was a licensed broker for more than 15 years.

I offer complete project management services for real estate development. My experience in real estate is rooted in land planning, construction and real estate sales.  With my extensive knowledge of all facets of the development process, I am able to provide expertise into all areas of development.

I understand the complexities of the process and can assist people through the myriad of hoops and hurdles, saving them time and money.

Other Interests:

I have a great passion for the outdoors.  From climbing and biking to trail running and paddling; I love to be outside.  Over the years, I have been quite lucky to enjoy a few of the thrills that the outdoors can provide and I hope I can give something back in return.

Adventure Racing—Eco Challenge:

A few of my outdoor adventures came in being the team captain of Team Washington Adventure Racing.  We had the great privilege of competing in Eco Challenge Golden and Eco Challenge Fiji.  We were one of 81 teams representing 32 countries from around the world in Fiji.  After 9 days and 16 hours of jungle navigation, white water kayaking, trekking, billi billi paddling, mountain biking, rappelling, and sea kayaking, our team managed to scratch out a Top 20 finish.

Friends of Rock Creek Valley:

Steering Committee member

The Friends of Rock Creek Valley is a small, grass-roots, not-for-profit organization working to protect, preserve and improve a 32 square mile area in south east King County.
